Old growth douglas fir slab FIR-019B salvaged from Exploratorium

Old growth douglas fir slab (right slab in the pictures) each measuring about 26" wide x 120" long x 2-5/8" thick. These slabs were milled from an exhibition called "Big Wood" on display at the Exploratorium museum at Pier 15.

This slab has been kiln dried in a vacuum kiln and flattened on a CNC machine.
